It’s about the ‘process’. All of us are capable of identifying opportunities, coming up with creative ideas and developing action plans, but most of us lack the discipline to address this monthly or quarterly. The Kaploe Group provides a turnkey service, a structured process tailored to their client’ needs. In our case, we schedule a staff meeting with Kaploe 2-3 months prior to the next trimester. Five to six hours later we have our marketing plan outlined for execution.
